How do I get a free estimate?

How much does junk removal cost in Ottawa?
In Ottawa, single-item pickups generally range from $80 to $150, partial trailer loads range from $150 to $350, and full trailer loads run between $500 and $600, including all labour and disposal fees. Adel's provides upfront, transparent free estimates with zero hidden fees before any work begins.
Do you offer same-day junk removal and demolition in Ottawa?

How is junk removal priced?
By volume: how much of our trailer your items fill, from a single item up to a full load. Heavy materials like concrete, soil, and shingles are priced by weight, and items requiring specialized recycling (mattresses, freon appliances, tires) carry standard environmental surcharges.
Is the online estimate final?
It's an upfront estimate based on your description and photos. The crew confirms the final price on site before any work starts. If the job takes less space than anticipated, you pay less.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. For outdoor items, curbside pickups, or when access is pre-arranged, we can complete the job while you're away, text you completion photos, and provide digital payment options.
What we take
What types of junk do you remove?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, household clutter, yard waste, renovation debris, and general junk. See the full list on the What we take page.
What won't you take?
Household hazardous waste like paint, solvents, pesticides, and propane, plus asbestos, biohazards, and medical waste. The City of Ottawa has household hazardous waste collection events for most of these.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. We carry everything out from wherever it is, including basements, attics, and upper floors.
Demolition
What kind of demolition do you do?
Residential and small-structure demolition: sheds, decks, fences, gazebos, playsets, hot tubs, concrete patios and walkways, and interior tear-outs like kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, and flooring.
Is debris removal included with demolition?
Yes. The same crew tears it out and hauls it away, with one invoice.
Do you do whole-house demolition?
No. Whole-house demolition needs heavy equipment and a different permit process.
Who disconnects utilities?
We take care of appliance, structure, and fixture disconnections for you so you don't have to lift a finger or hire multiple trades. (Request free Ontario One Call locates before any underground digging).
Cleanouts and contractors
Do you offer complete property cleanouts?
Yes. Full and partial cleanouts for houses, estates, foreclosures, rental units, garages, and basements.
Do you provide services for contractors?
Yes. Debris removal, job-site cleanup, post-construction cleanup, renovation cleanup, and demolition debris removal, as one-off or recurring pickups.
Can you remove construction and renovation debris?
Yes. Drywall, lumber, flooring, concrete, brick, shingles, packaging, and other materials from construction and renovation sites.
