Adel's Junk Removal & Demolition Inc. ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you request a quote or send a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postal code or address, job details, preferred date, and any photos you upload. If you start the online quote and enter a phone number but don't finish, we may receive your name, phone number, job type, and postal code so we can follow up once.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, give you a price, and schedule and complete the job
- To text or email you about that request, if you've agreed
- To keep basic records of jobs and invoices as required by law
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing messages without your express consent. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and reply STOP to any text.
Who we share it with
Your request is delivered to us by email through our email provider. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email and website hosting), or when required by law.
Photos
Photos you send are used only to price and plan your job. We won't publish photos of your property without your permission.
Analytics
If we use website analytics, it's to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We'll update this policy to name any analytics tools before they're added.
Retention and access
We keep quote requests only as long as needed for the job and our records. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].
